Build the slice, then get out of the way
Some work should not be a hire. It should be a finished piece of software with a named owner and a date.
We take small and mid-size projects: an API the rest of the company can stand on, a Blazor admin that replaces a spreadsheet, an Angular module that has to keep working after the original team leaves, a React public site that a crawler can read on the first byte.
How a build is bounded
- One stack, written down before kickoff — not “and also whatever else comes up.”
- A demoable increment every week, not a reveal at the end.
- Handoff with the decisions, not only the repository.
What this is not
It is not a body shop with a project manager stapled on. If you need a person inside your stand-up, that is staffing. If you need us to own a result, that is this page.
